While originally born in Altoona, PA, I have been proud to call Roanoke, VA home for over forty years. My wife of over twenty years (Rhea) and I have lived, worked and raised our two college age children in this remarkable place.  

I am a 1997 graduate of the University of Virginia where I earned a B.A. in Government. I am a 2004 Leadership Roanoke Valley graduate and in 2010 I obtained a Lean Six Sigma certification. I have extensive knowledge of GAAP and Cost Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, learned in the apprenticeship model. I serve the greater Roanoke Valley community by donating my experience in various Board and Committee roles for beloved nonprofits, as well as being an active laborer in our local church. My hobbies include hiking and iPhone photography. Currently, some of my photography is utilized by both the Virginia Tourism Corporation and the Western Virginia Water Authority. 

Professionally, I have worked as a management accountant in both the private and public sectors, while serving in secondary or supervisory roles in both small and large finance departments for over twenty-five years. The last thirteen years of my career were spent in an executive role with a local hospitality management company, where I specialized in Finance and HR management. Here at ETS Recruit I look forward to becoming an integral member of the leadership team by helping define and guide the strategic financial actions of the company, while also serving our Recruiter Support Associates and Account Executives, as well as our Candidates and Practices, to the highest degree.
