I joined ETS in 2014 as a Recruiter Support Associate before transitioning into an Ophthalmology Recruiter role in 2016. Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working with Ophthalmologists across the country, building lasting relationships and helping practices and physicians find the right fit. The connections and friendships I have made throughout my recruiting career have been incredibly rewarding and impactful.

After many successful years in physician recruitment, I am excited to take on a new opportunity within ETS focused on process improvement, issue resolution, recruiter training and mentorship, and organizational leadership. This role allows me to continue contributing to the company’s growth while expanding my business knowledge and supporting our team in new ways.

Born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia, I am proud to call this community home. I love everything the area offers: four beautiful seasons, endless outdoor activities, and a strong sense of community. My husband and I enjoy raising our sons here, and you can usually find us outdoors or at a baseball field cheering them on.
